Yes — free pan-India delivery on all orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 have a flat ₹99 shipping fee.

Can I preview my trophy design before ordering?

Absolutely. Our Trophy Design Studio shows a live watermarked preview as you personalize text, logos, and layout. You only checkout once you are happy with the design.

Do you accept bulk corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a CSV with recipient names for bulk awards, or contact our sales team for orders of 50+ units. GST invoices are provided for all corporate orders.

What is your return policy?

Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom engraved trophies and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective — we will replace or refund in that case.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pincodes, and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
